Sputnik Sweetheart is about yearning the company of a special other and the feeling of being with them is only a mere memory you can only look back to. This was the song that truly defined our sound, simple and nothing over the top yet all the elements take you in once you start listening. The song takes inspiration from Haruki Murakami’s novel “Sputnik Sweetheart” which we, as a band, praise.
